Cleaning Validation in Pharma Industry
It is an online
workshop organized by Bhaskar Napte, a pharma coach with the aim
to provide practical guidance as to how acceptance criteria for equipment
cleaning can be calculated. Companies
must demonstrate that the cleaning procedure routinely employed for a piece of
equipment limits potential carryover to an acceptable level. The limit
established must be calculated based on sound scientific rational. The term MACO
stands for ‘Maximum Allowable Carry Over” and is the acceptable limit of
cleaned product into the next product.
